This is a Throttle Cable without Lock Slice, featuring standard nut fixing. It is an essential component of the throttle control system on scooters, ATVs, and other small vehicles. The throttle cable connects the throttle grip to the carburetor/throttle body, controlling engine air and fuel intake by pulling the cable to adjust vehicle speed.

Installation Note: Insert the cable housing into the carburetor bracket hole, then tighten the nut to secure. After adjusting the inner cable length, lock the nut in place.

🔧 Installation Tips

1. Apply a few drops of light oil to the new cable for lubrication before installation.
2. Connect one end to the throttle grip, ensuring proper routing and free play adjustment.
3. Insert the cable housing into the carburetor bracket hole and secure with the nut.
4. Adjust the inner cable length to achieve 2-3mm of free play at the throttle grip.
5. Tighten the fixing nut and check that the cable housing is secure.
6. Test full throttle opening and smooth return before riding.
