🔧 Installation Guide

1. Ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal before starting.
2. Remove the carburetor and unbolt the old intake manifold.
3. Clean the cylinder head intake port and carburetor mounting surface, removing old gasket residue.
4. Inspect the new intake manifold for casting defects or damage.
5. Install the new gasket, ensuring it is properly positioned.
6. Align the intake manifold with the cylinder head mounting holes and tighten bolts evenly to the specified torque.
7. Install the carburetor, connect the throttle cable, and ensure smooth throttle operation.
8. Start the engine and check for air leaks (spray carburetor cleaner around the manifold joints and listen for RPM changes).
