This is a high-performance "no rev limit" racing CDI ignition module designed for DIO-50, JH-70, DY-100, and similar engine families, featuring a 5-pin square connector. This product is compatible with engine displacements ranging from 50cc, 70cc, 90cc, 110cc, 125cc, to 150cc, making it an ideal upgrade replacement for the original CDI.

With a simple plug-and-play replacement of your original CDI, you can significantly increase acceleration and performance. Acceleration, particularly on hills and steep inclines, will be greatly improved. This unit removes the factory rev limit, allowing your engine to reach its full potential.

🔧 Installation Tip

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal before installation to prevent shorts.
2. Locate the original CDI unit (typically under the seat or on the frame side).
3. Disconnect the original CDI connector (5-pin square), remove mounting bolts, and take out the old CDI.
4. Install the new CDI, ensuring the connector is properly oriented and fully seated.
5. Ensure the connector is fully seated for good contact.
6. Reconnect the battery and test starting and idle operation.
7. Take a test ride to experience the performance improvement; familiarize yourself with the vehicle's new characteristics.
