This is a GY6 50 139QMB Fan of Drive Plate - Plastic (cooling fan for the variator drive face).

⚠️ Important: If you have a broken belt it will likely damage this fan. Don't let belts overheat and break again. This is an easy and inexpensive way to improve belt wear and solve that problem once and for all.
