3. Disconnect the original CDI connectors (2-pin + 4-pin), remove mounting bolts, and take out the old CDI.
4. Install the new CDI, ensuring both connectors are properly oriented and fully seated.
5. Ensure all connectors are fully seated for good contact.
6. Reconnect the battery and test starting and idle operation.
7. Take a test ride to experience the performance improvement; observe the tachometer for accurate RPM readings.
