🔧 Installation Guide

1. Remove the right engine cover to access the clutch assembly.
2. Remove the clutch pressure plate mounting bolts, then remove the pressure plate and springs.
3. Remove the old clutch plates and steel plates, noting the installation order.
4. Clean the clutch hub and inspect steel plates for deformation or wear.
5. Install new steel plates and clutch plates alternately onto the clutch hub (typically steel plate first, then friction plate).
6. Install clutch springs and pressure plate, then tighten mounting bolts to specified torque.
7. Adjust clutch cable free play to specification.
8. Reinstall the right engine cover, add fresh engine oil, and start the engine to test clutch function.
