This product is a C100 series piston assembly, designed for horizontal engines used in mopeds, Cub motorcycles, and ATVs. It perfectly fits classic engine models such as 139FMB, 147FMD, 147FMF, and 150FMG. The piston is manufactured from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering light weight, good thermal conductivity, and low expansion coefficient. The piston assembly includes: Piston, Piston Rings (compression and oil rings), Piston Pin, and Piston Pin Circlips, providing a complete piston component for engine overhaul or cylinder upgrade.

This piston assembly is primarily compatible with the following horizontal engine series:

• Quality Aluminum Alloy: Made of high-silicon aluminum alloy, offering low expansion coefficient, light weight, and excellent thermal conductivity, suitable for high-revving engines.

✅ Typical Symptoms of Piston Wear or Damage: Hard starting, significant power loss, burning oil (blue smoke from exhaust), low compression, unusual engine noises (knocking or pinging). If you experience these issues, the piston assembly may need replacement.

⚠️ Installation Note: When installing a new piston, pay attention to the installation direction (usually indicated by an arrow on the piston crown pointing towards the exhaust side). When installing piston rings, pay attention to ring orientation and stagger the ring end gaps (120 or 180 degrees apart). Ensure circlips are fully seated in their grooves. It is recommended to replace the cylinder head gasket at the same time. Allow proper engine break-in after installation.
