This is a C90 Piston Assembly, suitable for various horizontal engine vehicles, including mopeds, Cub series motorcycles, and ATVs. The piston is one of the core components of the engine, responsible for withstanding combustion pressure and transmitting power through the connecting rod. Manufactured from high-quality aluminum alloy with precision machining and surface treatment, it offers excellent high-temperature strength, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity, ensuring proper engine compression and smooth power output.

🔧 Installation Tip: Before installing the piston, thoroughly clean the cylinder and piston. When installing circlips, ensure they are fully seated in the grooves with the opening away from the thrust direction. Use proper tools to install piston rings to avoid scratching the piston. Apply clean engine oil to the piston, rings, and cylinder wall before installation. It is recommended to replace piston rings and cylinder gasket simultaneously.
