C100 Carburetor Assembly
⛽ Carburetor · Fuel Supply System · Throttle Body · Idle Control
For Mopeds, Cub Series and ATVs · Compatible with 139FMB, 147FMD, 147FMF, 150FMG Engines
This is the C100 Carburetor Assembly, a core component of the engine fuel supply system. It is suitable for mopeds, Cub series vehicles, and ATVs (All-Terrain Vehicles), compatible with 139FMB, 147FMD, 147FMF, 150FMG engine models.
The carburetor uses the vacuum created by air flowing through the venturi to draw fuel from the float bowl, mixing it with air to form a combustible air-fuel mixture for engine combustion. This unit features precision-machined jets and nozzles for accurate air-fuel ratio, stable idle, and responsive acceleration. This assembly is the ideal replacement when the original carburetor suffers from clogging, fuel leakage, improper mixture, or unstable idle.
✨ Core Functions: Mix fuel with air · Form combustible air-fuel mixture · Precise mixture control · Stable idle · Smooth acceleration

💨 Fuel Atomization
Atomizes fuel and mixes it with air to create a combustible air-fuel mixture.
🎚️ Mixture Control
Automatically or manually adjusts the fuel-to-air ratio according to operating conditions for optimal combustion efficiency.
⏱️ Idle Stability
Provides a stable air-fuel mixture during idle conditions, ensuring smooth engine operation at low RPM.
⚡ Acceleration Response
Provides additional fuel enrichment during acceleration for smooth, responsive power delivery.
⚠️ Symptoms of a Faulty Carburetor: Hard starting, unstable idle or stalling, poor acceleration or hesitation, excessive fuel consumption, black smoke from exhaust, backfiring, mixture screw adjustment ineffective, fuel leakage. If these issues occur, please inspect and clean or replace the carburetor promptly.
- OEM Specification Standards: Manufactured according to original dimensions and parameters for perfect fitment.

- High-Quality Float Valve: Float valve provides excellent sealing to prevent overflow and maintain stable fuel level.
- Adjustable Mixture: Mixture screw allows fine-tuning for different altitudes and climates.
- Smooth Throttle Action: Throttle valve operates smoothly for responsive throttle control and excellent rideability.
- Direct Replacement Installation: Replaces aging or damaged original carburetor in the original mounting location without modifications.
🔧 Installation & Adjustment Guide
1. Before installation, close the fuel petcock and take care to prevent fuel leakage when removing the old carburetor.
2. Inspect the intake manifold gasket for damage; replace if necessary to prevent vacuum leaks.
3. When installing the carburetor, ensure the flange or clamp is securely fastened and the fuel line connection is tight.
4. When attaching the throttle cable, verify proper free play and ensure the throttle valve returns fully to the closed position.
5. Start the engine and allow it to warm up, then adjust the idle speed screw to achieve a stable idle (approximately 1200-1500 RPM).
6. Mixture adjustment: Gently turn the mixture screw in until it lightly seats, then back it out 1.5-2 turns as a baseline setting. Fine-tune based on engine response.
7. If fuel leakage occurs after installation, check the float valve for sticking or verify the float height is correct.
Spec Confirmation: Before purchasing, confirm your vehicle is a carbureted model (not fuel-injected) and verify the carburetor bore size and mounting type (flange type or clamp type) match your original unit.
Installation Caution: Pay attention to proper sealing during installation to prevent vacuum leaks. Mixture adjustment requires some experience; professional assistance is recommended if needed. Product images are for reference only; please refer to the actual product.
