This is the C100 Oil Strainer Assembly (Flat Type), the first filtration barrier in the engine's lubrication system. It is suitable for Mopeds, Cub series, and ATVs, and fits engines including 139FMB, 147FMD, 147FMF, 150FMG, and similar models.

This oil strainer features a flat screen design with a rubber outer perimeter that provides a tight seal against the mounting surface. It is installed at the oil pump intake, filtering out larger contaminants and metal particles before the oil enters the pump, preventing them from entering the lubrication system and causing wear. Manufactured with high-strength plastic mesh screen and oil-resistant rubber, this strainer offers excellent durability and sealing performance. This assembly is the ideal replacement when the original strainer becomes clogged, damaged, or deformed.

🔧 Installation Tip

1. Replacing or cleaning the oil strainer requires removing the engine oil pan; professional installation is recommended.

4. Inspect the screen for damage and the rubber perimeter for cracks or hardening; replace if damaged.

6. If cleaning, use appropriate cleaner and a soft brush; avoid damaging the screen or rubber.
7. After installation, add proper engine oil and manually rotate the crankshaft to confirm oil flow.
