C100 Oil Pump
🛢️ Oil Pump · Lubrication Pump · Engine Lubrication System
For Moped, Cub & ATV · Fits 139FMB, 147FMD, 147FMF, 150FMG engines
This is the C100 Oil Pump, a core component of the engine's lubrication system. It is suitable for Mopeds, Cub series, and ATVs, and fits engines including 139FMB, 147FMD, 147FMF, 150FMG, and similar models.
The oil pump is driven by the engine crankshaft and is responsible for pressurizing and delivering oil from the oil pan to all engine friction surfaces, including the crankshaft, connecting rod, camshaft, valve rocker arms, and other critical components. Manufactured with high-quality aluminum alloy pump body and precision-machined gear or rotor internals, it offers stable oil pressure and excellent self-priming capability. This oil pump is the ideal replacement when the original shows signs of low oil pressure, abnormal noise, or wear, ensuring the engine receives adequate lubrication protection.
✨ Key Functions: Builds oil pressure · Forced circulation lubrication · Cools engine components · Cleans friction surfaces · Extends engine life

🛢️ Builds Oil Pressure
Provides stable oil pressure to ensure oil reaches all friction surfaces.
🔁 Forced Lubrication
Creates forced oil circulation, forming an oil film between moving parts to reduce friction and wear.
🌡️ Cooling
Circulating oil carries away internal engine heat, helping cool high-temperature components.
🧹 Cleaning
Flows through the engine to carry away wear particles and contaminants, keeping the interior clean.
⚠️ Oil Pump Failure Symptoms: Oil pressure warning light illuminates, engine knocking noise (from valve train or crankshaft area), engine overheating, abnormal oil consumption, or in severe cases, engine seizure. If these occur, stop operation immediately and inspect/replace the oil pump.
- Oil Pressure Light Illuminated: Dashboard oil pressure warning light stays on while engine is running, indicating low oil pressure.
- Engine Knocking Noise: Metallic knocking or grinding noise from valve rocker arms, camshaft, or crankshaft area.
- Engine Overheating: Inadequate oil circulation leads to poor cooling and abnormally high engine temperature.
- Low Oil Pressure: Oil pressure measured with a gauge is below specification.
- Oil Pump Noise: Unusual humming or gear mesh noise from the oil pump area.
- Worn or Damaged Components: Inspection reveals visible wear, scoring, or damage to pump gears, rotors, or pump body.
If you experience these symptoms, inspect the oil pump and oil strainer, and replace if necessary.
- OEM Specifications: Manufactured to original dimensions and specifications for perfect fitment.
- High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Body: Die-cast aluminum body for compact structure and excellent heat dissipation.
- Precision-Machined Rotor/Gears: Pump internals are precision-machined for precise clearances and stable oil pressure.
- Excellent Self-Priming: Superior self-priming capability ensures rapid oil delivery to friction surfaces during cold starts.
- Direct Replacement: Directly replaces worn or damaged original oil pump without modification.
🔧 Installation Tip
1. Replacing the oil pump requires removing the engine right side cover and clutch assembly; professional installation is recommended.
2. Thoroughly clean the oil pump mounting surface and oil passages to remove oil and debris.
3. Inspect the oil pump drive gear or chain for wear; replace if necessary.
4. Pay attention to drive shaft alignment during installation to ensure proper engagement.
5. Tighten oil pump mounting bolts to the specified torque.
6. Prime the oil pump with a small amount of engine oil before installation to prevent dry running during initial startup.
7. After installation, add proper engine oil and manually rotate the crankshaft several times to confirm oil pump operation.
8. Start the engine and verify the oil pressure warning light turns off; check for oil leaks.
Size Confirmation: Different displacement engines may use different oil pump specifications. Before purchase, please confirm your engine model or verify the original oil pump type. Contact customer service if you have any questions.
Installation Notes: Prime the oil pump with oil before installation to prevent dry damage. It is recommended to inspect the oil strainer for clogging simultaneously. Images are for reference only. The actual product may vary.
