🔧 Installation Guide
1. Ensure the engine is completely cooled and disconnect the negative battery terminal before starting.
2. Remove the old left crankcase rear cover, noting the old gasket and mounting bolts.
3. Clean the engine case mating surface thoroughly, removing all old gasket residue.
4. Inspect the new cover for casting defects or machining burrs; clean if necessary.
5. Use a new gasket (purchased separately) to ensure proper sealing.
6. Align the new cover with the mounting position and hand-start the mounting bolts.
7. Tighten bolts evenly in a diagonal pattern in multiple stages to avoid distortion or cracking from overtightening one side.
