🔧 Installation Guide

1. Remove the cylinder head and secure it on a suitable fixture.
2. Use a valve spring compressor tool to remove valve springs and retainers, then extract the valves.
3. If replacing valve seats, use a specialized tool to remove old seats. New seats should be chilled before pressing in.
4. Thoroughly clean the valve guide and seat mounting surfaces. Inspect valve guide wear.
5. Install new valve oil seals using a dedicated installation sleeve, pressing them into place.
6. Install valves, valve springs, and retainers, ensuring retainers are fully seated in the valve stem grooves.
7. After installation, check valve sealing (test by pouring kerosene or gasoline into intake/exhaust ports).
8. Reinstall cylinder head and related components, then adjust valve clearance (Intake: 0.10-0.12mm, Exhaust: 0.12-0.15mm).
Important Note: Valve train installation requires high precision. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Always use new valve oil seals and cylinder head gasket.
