🔧 Installation Guide

3. Head gasket is NOT included with this product — purchase a 153QMI-specific head gasket separately. Do NOT use standard GY6 head gasket.
4. Valves are NOT included — purchase compatible valves separately (Intake: Ф27×81.5mm, Exhaust: Ф23×80.3mm) if needed.
5. When installing valves, ensure valve stem seals are properly seated to prevent oil burning.
6. Use a new head gasket and tighten cylinder head bolts in a diagonal pattern with torque of approximately 20-25 N·m.
7. After installation, adjust valve clearance to specification (cold engine: intake 0.10mm, exhaust 0.15mm).
8. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
