🔧 Installation Guide

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety.
2. Remove the left side magneto cover (stator cover).
3. Use a flywheel puller tool to remove the magneto rotor (flywheel).
4. Remove stator mounting bolts and take out the old stator assembly.
5. Clean the stator mounting surface and inspect the wiring harness grommet for damage.
6. Install the new stator and tighten mounting bolts to specified torque.
7. Reinstall the magneto rotor (upgrading to an 8-pole rotor is recommended for optimal performance), ensuring alignment with the keyway, and tighten the center nut to specified torque.
