🔧 Installation Guide

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal before starting to prevent short circuits.
2. Determine the required HT lead length for your installation and cut the wire cleanly with a sharp knife or wire cutter.
3. After cutting, screw the spark plug boot onto the HT lead end, turning firmly until fully seated (approximately 10-15mm).
4. Verify coil wiring matches your vehicle (typically two low-voltage wires: positive and trigger/ground).
5. Ensure the ignition coil is securely mounted to prevent vibration damage.
6. Push the spark plug boot onto the spark plug until it clicks into place.
7. After installation, start the engine and check for proper ignition operation and any signs of arcing or leakage.
8. If starting issues persist, inspect the CDI unit, magneto trigger coil, and related wiring.
